Telling Stories
I received this from daycare during a really stressful work day. His stories just made my day!

Beautiful Weekend
We spent the majority of our weekend outside, making good use of Graeme's new hat and sunglasses (which he's not a fan of). Saturday started with yard-work and a nice cookout with Grammy and Papa. We took Graeme on a nice walk through the park and by the pond in the afternoon on our way to ice cream at Moo's Place. Cailin spent the night Saturday and got Graeme dressed for church on Sunday. All the activity left him exhausted; he has been sleeping on Justin's chest for over 3 hours now.

We did it!
I should really say I did it since it seemed like no issue for Graeme. I stalled as long as I could; making Justin hang a shelf for the monitor, then a picture, then fix the window, until I ran out of excuses not to put him in his own room. We made the move to his room last night and he did fantastic. I put him down drowsy and unswaddled (for the first time) around 10 and he drifted off to sleep with the help of his Sleep Sheep playing rain sounds. He slept until 5:30 this morning in his own room! I did have one minor freak out, running to his room around 2:30 am to make sure he was OK. Here is the happy man this morning along with a few updated pictures of his room.

First Friend
Graeme has made a new friend at daycare. I walked in to pick him up the other day and the two of them we "talking" to and laughing at one another...completely priceless! Here are a few pics of Graeme and Jonavan, who by the way is just one month older despite the size difference.

Happy Easter
We had a wonderful Easter weekend, full of sun and family. Justin took Friday off and we all spent the day relaxing in the yard...ok, Graeme and I relaxed as Justin did a lot of work making our garden look nice.

Napping outside while mom and dad did yard work
The Easter Bunny brought me Sophie the giraffe!
And I got to see 2 sets of Great Grandparents...Oh how I am loved!
Growing so fast!
Though he just started fitting into 0-3 month clothes a few weeks ago, a lot of the ones with the feet are already too short. Over the past week, Graeme has started to actually interact with, and sometimes grab, the toys on his play gym and bouncer. He also is trying very hard to roll over but isn't quite there. He starts on his back and gets to his side and ends up falling asleep...must be a lot of work for such a little guy.
Since returning to work, we are trying to enjoy every minute with him. This week, he got a lot of stories from daddy...he is starting to sit though an entire book (for the most part). We also learned he loves people singing and the guitar. He sat on the guitar case and watched/listened though a few songs and then sat on his dads lap to play.
